One-time visit prices
These are for a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home on a one-time visit. Repeat visits cost less, see below.

How we set your price
The price depends on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the type of clean and how often we visit. That's all. We don't charge extra for fuel, supplies or "extra rooms".
How long will it take?
- 1 to 2 bedrooms
- About 2 to 3 hours
- 3 bedrooms
- About 3 to 4 hours
- 4 or more bedrooms
- About 4 to 5 hours, usually with two cleaners

Deep and move in/out cleans take roughly 50% longer than a standard clean.
Questions about pricing
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price we confirm on the call is the price you pay. There are no fuel, supply or extra-room charges. If you ask for an extra task on the day, we tell you the cost before we start.
When do I pay?
After the clean. We take card payments, and we send a receipt by email.
Do I need to tip?
No. Tips are never expected. If you'd like to thank your cleaner, you can add one to the card payment.
