Before you book
Do I need to be home?
No. Many customers leave a key or a door code. Your cleaner texts you when they arrive and when they leave.
I have pets. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Let us know about them in advance and we'll plan around them. Homes with shedding pets may need a little more time, and we'll say so before you book.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Free up to 24 hours before your clean. Inside 24 hours, we may charge a small fee because the time has already been set aside.
